SWEDISH PANCAKES POSTED ON MY COOKBOOK SITE


Of course, this isn't a real Swedish pancake but I forgot to take a final photo of the real thing and this photographs better anyway.

  2. OK we called them French pancakes...but not one to quibble we could just refer to them as the EU pancakes?

  4. Yup, only 1/2 cup flour, they are like a crepe. I ate too many and now I regret it. Ugh.
