Lynne, I copied down the recipe -- is there really only 1/2 cup of flour in all that liquid?
OK we called them French pancakes...but not one to quibble we could just refer to them as the EU pancakes? they look darn yummy

Yup, only 1/2 cup flour, they are like a crepe. I ate too many and now I regret it. Ugh.
