How many pounds of apples did you use? I think our trees are pretty much done, tons of apples wasted on the ground (not really, the goats love them), but NEXT year!!! That, and I have to buy canning supplies. I think I'm going to go browse Craiglist.
My recipe for apple pie filling: Go to your house and bat my eyelashes and ask you if we can have some over the ice cream I brought (would not bring all the way from CA, though--would stop at the lovely market of my youth that is by your house!)
