MAKE THIS


It's almost spring--don't look outside, at least not here--the snow is piled deep. But spring is coming and with it, sales on asparagus. Last week I found asparagus for 99 cents at a local grocery store so I bought four pounds. Enough to make Mushroom asparagus lasagna twice. The first time was yesterday and it was wonderful.

  1. oh my goodness that looks delish... I doubt anyone here but me would like it but its got three of my all time favorite foods in it ... mushrooms asparagus and cheese OH MY!

  5. Looks fantastic... anxious to try this recipe. I remember my young 5 year old son scouring the fields behind our house in the early Spring for asparagus. He would come home clutching a few asparagus shoots and beg me to cook them.

    He just turned 40... and I never see asparagus without that fond memory. I'm sure he would love this recipe too. Thanks
