Crunchy sweet and savory salad
I made these two salads this week as we are trying to eat a more healthy diet and are eating a lot "raw."

I will have to try them! And your cookbook blog is as beautiful as your personal blog. You never cease to AMAZE me!!
Those look really yummy, I'm going to just have to download your entire cookbook y'know.
I love the silly pics of your fam, they are so cute, and yes, yes I am a little jealous.
I want to meet Mrs. Bird, I bet she has a lot of great life lessons.
Love you!
Great shots, such a great healthy and appealing look to these dishes. Love the clarity and freshness here.
Your food looks delicious.
The top picture reminds me of Gazpacho soup that I used to eat all of the time when living in Tucson, Arizona. Gazpacho is a cold soup made from uncooked tomatoes, tomato juice, onions, celery, green pepper, and spices. I will have to see if i can find my old recipe and send it to you.
Those look sooooooo yummy! Perfect for a hot summer evening.
You do have a lot of good healthy recipes, I don't even need to go to the book store, I can just go to your site.
