Your food looks delicious.The top picture reminds me of Gazpacho soup that I used to eat all of the time when living in Tucson, Arizona. Gazpacho is a cold soup made from uncooked tomatoes, tomato juice, onions, celery, green pepper, and spices. I will have to see if i can find my old recipe and send it to you.
