Go to that place of silence within'
You'll feel the vastness of the world
And it's limitless possibilities.
You'll know you can do anything,
and have everything.
You will see that right now
You are perfect, exactly as you are.

I have not read this book. I'm reading a selected bit online here. As I was reading I was also listening to a bit of a video from Dr. Bradley Nelson here. They were saying almost the same thing about silence. Then I was looking for an image for this post, for we all know a post naked of photos is dull and crunchy, like carrots* and I came upon an author I am reading at the moment, although a different book--Stillness Speaks by Eckhart Tolle (I am reading The Power of Now.)

Maybe all this coincidence this means something.

A neighbor did some energy work on me today from Dr. Nelson's book, THE EMOTION CODE, releasing trapped emotions.

I guess I'll investigate further, the books and stillness, too. Want to join me?

*I have/had this book somewhere/at one time--Skinny People are Dull and Crunchy Like Carrots. So funny. I must look for it/mourn because I no longer have it.

Excellent post, and do you mean EFT Emotional Freedom Technique, I've started and stopped and started and stopped, 'cause it works, unfortunately it doesn't always bring up pleasant things, although it's one way of cleaning up :) Hang in there Lynne and thanks for the great info :) Hope you find your book again...Do this, it works for me: If I were a book, where would I want to be...
could me in an old coat pocket or behind some newer books on the shelves or fallen beneath something and you can't see...you know lol

Your skinny/carrot book is probably with my Anastasia books, and the slush mugs.

C.A. has been fattening me up so that I am not so crunchy.
