P.S. I personally don't know how God does it.

At the time of Noah, how could he just watch all those little children drown? How could he watch all of those Jews be tortured during World War 2 ?

If I were God, I could never just watch my daughter cry.

I suppose He can handle all of this because he already knows the end of the story for each one of us.
