MAKE THIS

It's almost spring--don't look outside, at least not here--the snow is piled deep. But spring is coming and with it, sales on asparagus. Last week I found asparagus for 99 cents at a local grocery store so I bought four pounds. Enough to make Mushroom asparagus lasagna twice. The first time was yesterday and it was wonderful.
Recipe here.

Poor Michael has a terrible mouth. I might just have to make him some pudding or jello or both.

Looks fantastic... anxious to try this recipe. I remember my young 5 year old son scouring the fields behind our house in the early Spring for asparagus. He would come home clutching a few asparagus shoots and beg me to cook them.

He just turned 40... and I never see asparagus without that fond memory. I'm sure he would love this recipe too. Thanks

yes, yes! We must have it! I have been wanting it ever since you showed it last year. How do you think it would be with spinach instead of asparagus?
